Have been a mother, will I be a mom?

Whilst the squalls, ‘have been standing tall
Concerned for others, kind of mum-to-all
Once I want to kiss your divine arm
Have been a mother, will I be a mom?

‘Glistening’, I think, how would that be?
Feeling about you growing inside me
I often roll my fingers over my womb
Have been a mother, will I be a mom?

To hold and touch, to chase and clutch
To stroll and teach, to raise and rush
To name you “my devil thunderstorm”
Have been a mother, will I be a mom?

I turn back when someone yells “mommy”
I answer the calling as if it’s your humming
Spell bound by it, all stress is at calm
Have been a mother, will I be a mom?

Happiness would be a bundle to wrap
To have a playful you on my lap
You’ll take birth and I will be born
Have been a mother, will I be a mom?

Madly stare the kid-zones’ toy
Wish I had oozing tears of joy
All this longing has been the norm
Have been a mother, will I be a mom?
